The Adelante Leadership Program is a 16-session summer program. It is designed to further enhance student self-esteem, personal growth, career options and college readiness. Adelante also provides an opportunity for students to learn from distinguished professionals within a college classroom setting. This leadership program is comprised of the following components:

• The Congressional Award Program

• Summer Leadership Symposium 

• College Advisement Workshop 

• Leadership Camping Trip 

• Computer Training Workshops

• Distinguished Guest Speakers Symposium

• California and National Issues Competition

• Global Issues and Model United Nations
