Club AP (Children Learning & Utilizing Best Career Planning for Achievement Practices) is a Case management based program. The focus of the program is to monitor academic progress beginning in the sixth grade. Each student is assigned a case manager who monitors the students’ academic progress and assigns academic enrichment activities accordingly. The ultimate goal of Club AP is to develop a college bound culture among members and community by encouraging students to graduate from high school and attend a four year university.
